As part of a project to enhance the user experience for Union Bank's mobile banking app, I focused on solving key challenges faced by users in accessing digital banking services. Union Bank, one of Nigeria's oldest and most respected financial institutions, needed a seamless, user-friendly interface that made banking more accessible to its widespread customer base.
